A new year brings new opportunities to learn about all the latest and greatest LOTO leaders. As we approach this festive season, we bring you a very special introductory episode of our new series - ‘LOTO Leadership Philosophies of India’s Great workplaces’.

In this introductory episode, Dr. Nallini Gulati (Director of E-Square Alliance) gets the ball rolling by introducing the new series and explains the “Why?” behind the organisation’s decision to launch a new interview series, digging into the genesis of the idea, the intended audience, and 2021 mission for spotlighting the leadership happening in LockoutTagout.
